Why is a returned book still on my account?
Answer
Books returned to any of the Book Returns Boxes after 9pm or at the weekend will not be removed from your account until the Library reopens.
This can lead to a delay, but books will be removed as quickly as possible.
If you require further assistance please contact libraryinfo@ucd.ie with your name and student number and a member of staff will check the status of your book.
