Can't access e-resources as the error states 'your account currently does not have access to this resource'. What is this?


When you try to access e-resources off-campus within OneSearch you may encounter this error message:

'We are sorry, but your account currently does not have access to this resource. If you think you have reached this screen in error or have questions about the resource you were trying to reach, please contact your library.'

This may happen if you transfer more than 2GB of data in a brief timeframe or access e-resources from off campus using multiple countries/network addresses over a timeframe. 

This error indicates that your off-campus access to electronic resources needs to be unblocked.

To restore your access to electronic resources please fill out the E-Resources Support form
